Approccio olfattivo certamente maturo, sul frutto e sulle note tartufate, ma basta attenderlo un po\u2019 per godere di una bellissima vena agrumata, spunti di cioccolato bianco e una sensazione di potenza intesa come densit\u00e0, pienezza, intensit\u00e0. Bocca setosa, morbida e polposa, appena un po\u2019 insistente sulla parte anteriore del palato, ma \u00e8 solo una sensazione\u2026 Gi\u00e0, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 uno champagne da scoprire, assaporare piano piano, allora ecco salire in cattedra la sua grande acidit\u00e0, peraltro perfettamente integrata, che dona all\u2019assaggio dinamismo e profondit\u00e0. Sa di biscotto, di miele d\u2019arancio, di spezie (zafferano), di pepe: bellissimo.
